Nestled in the tranquility of the hills of Saludecio, this ancient stone and brick farmhouse with wooden beams and floors will give you an authentic and relaxing experience.
Our hilltop location offers a magnificent 360-degree panoramic view, with each of our 5 elegant rooms overlooking the enchanting hills of Saludecio and the picturesque Conca valley. A large terrace and garden are at your disposal to admire our vineyards and olive groves and breathe the fresh air of the countryside. Each room is equipped with a bathroom, mosquito nets, and WiFi connection to ensure maximum comfort during your stay.
Villa Arcadia is part of a small permaculture-designed farm that takes care of 7 hectares of surrounding land in a sustainable and respectful way. The project allows us to offer our guests experiences related to permaculture, yoga, meditation, and more, in addition to our local products available upon request at the property.
Located in the center of mountain biking and trekking trails, our property is the ideal starting point for exploring the natural and historical beauties of the area, including Urbino, San Marino, and San Leo.
Just a 10-minute walk from the historic center of Saludecio and a short distance from the Romagna coast, with seaside resorts such as Cattolica and the picturesque San Bartolo park, Villa Arcadia offers you an unforgettable holiday, dedicated to relaxation and well-being.

The Villa is surrounded by a huge garden equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers available to guests, as well as 7 hectares of land.
The structure is divided into 2 floors:
On the ground floor, there is 1 room with a double bed for two people and one room with a double bed + sofa bed for 4 people. Additionally, there is a foyer, a large kitchen with a table and various pantries, and a magnificent covered terrace with a huge table perfect for lunches and dinners with company.
On the first floor, there is 1 room with a double bed for two people, 1 room with a double bed + single sofa bed for 3 people, and one room with a double bed + sofa bed for 4 people. Additionally, there is a magnificent terrace with a view.
In total, the structure can accommodate 15 guests.
