The Space:
Your vacation will never be the same! The relaxing atmosphere throughout this spacious apartment is highly apparent!
The large sectional sofa in the living area is right in front of the big cable TV. There are soft throw pillows, an oval center table in brass, a textured carpet, and a rectangular wall mirror blending well with the overall colour palette of the apartment.
Have a festive meal on the wooden dining table that seats six. Order your food online or cook from the fully-equipped kitchen that has all the equipment you need.
All bedrooms are furnished with king-sized beds, hotel-quality linens and mattresses for a comfortable sleep. There's also a study room perfect for your additional guests! Ensuite bathrooms are packed with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion.
Unwind on the balcony and get lost in time as you relax here during the day and get cozy at night.

Guests have a full access to the pool and gym and the parking is on request.
The Neighborhood:
Jumeirah Beach Residence or as commonly known by its abbreviation JBR. It is a premium area of Dubai. There are a lot of exciting go-to places in this area because The Walk, The Beach, and The Bluewaters Island are all located here together.
The Walk is a beach-side boulevard that has a line of restaurants, cafes, handicraft shops, boutiques, pop-up markets with food and jewelry stalls. There are street performances and amazing nightlife as well.
The Beach refers to the beach resort itself complete with activities that are available to anyone from beach-side dining and shopping to wakeboarding, parasailing, banana boat rides, and camel rides. There is also a 600-m running track, an outdoor gym, and a volleyball court for those who enjoy jogging alongside the beach and those who want to keep up with their fitness. An outdoor yoga class is also offered for anyone who wants to keep their health at great shape.
There is also a chance for residents and visitors to witness some live entertainment for a more enjoyable stay.
The Bluewaters Island is where the Dubai Eye is located - the upcoming biggest Ferris wheel, expected to be completed in 2019. This island is still in development but will include entertainment, residential, and many more that will attract visitors.
Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are parked just downstairs to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for hailing a taxi.
If you fancy having adventures in Dubai, you can get around using the train. A few minutes' walks can get you to the tram station that connects to the main metro station for you to get around Dubai on your own.
You can also go around the JBR to explore and breathe in its uplifting mood. Cafes like Starbucks are accessible if you want to have an elegant cup of coffee, and if you want to catch up with sports, West Beach Bistro and Sports Lounge are nearby.
Aside from restaurants and cafes, there are supermarkets, even a laundry shop, and salon and spas to meet your needs.
You will find that there are a number of things that you can do around the JBR as it is one of the most visited places in Dubai.
