The Space:
This apartment is definitely an exceptional one!
Staying here makes you feel like you never left home with a balcony that gives you a gorgeous view of Dubai Marina. The birghta nd vast space complemented with a large cream couches and soft throw pillows instantly imbibe a homey atmosphere. They are placed right across the cable TV for your resting pleasure.
The dining table and chairs that seats six are so inviting to the eyes. Your dining experience in this apartment will surely be memorable with the hand-picked cutlery set up for you.
The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and kitchenware you need to create sumptuous meals.
This apartment has two bedrooms, one of them has a king-sized bed and the other has two single beds and both have en suite bathrooms. Enjoy picture-perfect views from the large window or by the balcony and sleep comfortably with soft bed linens and mattresses.
The bathrooms have all you need such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion that also come with fresh towels.

This is also known for the JBR Beach, Dubai Marina Mall full of luxury brands, high-end yacht cruises, and even an amazing nightlife. Aside from this, Dubai Marina is known for being a waterfront community that attracts a lot of people who like walking along the marina that is packed with restaurants and cafes.
The man-made marina is a home for various activities that visitors can enjoy like skydiving and jet-skiing. Dubai Marina is full of entertainment, dining choices, and leisure facilities.
With many choices that the Dubai Marina lay on the table for you to enjoy, you will find that living here for a vacation is such a breath of fresh air.
Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are parked just downstairs to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for hailing a taxi.
If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a train or tram, the nearest tram station and metro station are only five minutes away on foot. You can get on a tram if you want to go around the JBR or you can go to the nearest metro station (DMCC Metro Station) if you fancy going around Dubai on your own.

House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
