The Space:
The vibrant living space will welcome you as soon as you step in. Combination of orange hues and cream makes this area as lively as possible. There are cream comfy couches and an orange high-back armchair where you can have a nice sit after a long tiring day exploring Dubai Marina has to offer. This space is completed with unique wall arts and pendant light, accentuating carpet, flat-screen TV (equipped with cable channels, Netflix and Amazon prime!) and modern coffee table.
Adjacent to it is the dining area which is surrounded by large windows to give you a great view while dining with your family. The wooden dining table comes with upholstered chairs and can comfortably sit up to four guests. Having a hard time thinking what to cook for dinner? Leave the worries as the kitchen is fully-equipped with stove, oven, cookware, cutlery, and more to make sumptuous meals for everyone in no time!
The bedrooms are spacious and uniquely furnished to suit your standards. The first bedroom comes with a king-sized bed, equipped with hotel-quality mattress, linens and pillows. Wake up into a spectacular view from this bedroom as soon as you open the roll-up curtains. The other bedroom has two single beds. En suite bathrooms have white fluffy towels provided as well as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion ensuring a comfortable stay.
Step out on the balcony enjoy your cup of coffee with magnificent Marina views right in front of you!
Guest Access:
Guests have full access the pool, gym, squash courts, and parking is on request.
The Neighborhood:
Dubai Marina is the ideal tourist or business destination. It is one of the premium spots in Dubai where visitors usually frolic in to explore the many places to be in Dubai. This is also known for the JBR Beach, Dubai Marina Mall full of luxury brands, high-end yacht cruises, and even an amazing night life. Aside from this, Dubai Marina is known for being a waterfront community that attracts a lot of people who like walking along the marina that is packed with restaurants and cafe.
The man-made marina is a home for various activities that visitors can enjoy like skydiving and jet-skiing. Dubai Marina is full of entertainment, dining choices, and leisure facilities.
With many choices that the Dubai Marina lay on the table for you to enjoy, you will find that living here for a vacation is such a breath of fresh air.
Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are parked just downstairs to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for hailing a taxi.
If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a bus, train, tram, or water bus, there is a nearby bus stop where Bus 8 goes to Ibn Battuta Metro Station (outside Ibn Battuta Mall), Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, Burj Al Arab Hotel, Wild Wadi, and many more. Bus 84, on the other hand, goes to Jumeirah Beach Residence, Tecom, Al Barsha, and others. While Bus N55 goes to the World Centre Hotel, Dubai Country Club, International City, among many others.
The Jumeirah Beach Residence 1 tram station, meanwhile, less than 5 minutes away on foot. This connects to the main metro station that can get you around in Dubai (Dubai Mall, Mall of Emirates, and others).
The Marina Promenade Waterbus Station is also a few minutes away. Its routes include Marina Mall, Dubai Marina, and Marina Terrace.
Many things are accessible by foot as well (restaurants, cafes, Roxy theatre, supermarkets, and more).
The fastest and easiest way from DXB and DWC airport is by taxi (30min, 100 AED). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person).
If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!
Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

**Please be advised that smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result to forfeiture of the entire security deposit.
****Please be notified that from November 16 through December 22, from 9 am to 5 pm, exterior window and façade cleaning will be done at Marina Quays. Please close your windows and balcony doors and remove or secure any things from your balcony or patio.
