The Space:
This elegant apartment offers coziness like it is your own home. The smooth wooden floor will greet you when you first step into the apartment.
A comfortable royal blue sofa bed awaits in the living area where there is a cable TV, and a lounger facing the balcony directly giving you snippets of the lovely lake.
The dining table sits six and gives enough space for the guests to enjoy their home-cooked meals or take-out ones. The kitchen is full of necessary appliances if you'd like to cook.
The first bedroom is equipped with a king-sized bed, and queen-size bed on the second both with hotel-quality linens. Soft towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion are provided to ensure a cozy stay.
Enjoy the lake view on the balcony with a table for you to unwind at. Beautiful view from both bedrooms as well!

Dubai Marina is the ideal tourist or business destination. It is one of the premium spots in Dubai where visitors usually frolic in to explore the many places to be in Dubai. This is also known for the JBR Beach, Dubai Marina Mall full of luxury brands, high-end yacht cruises, and even an amazing night life. Aside from this, Dubai Marina is known for being a waterfront community that attracts a lot of people who like walking along the marina that is packed with restaurants and cafe.
The man-made marina is a home for various activities that visitors can enjoy like skydiving and jet-skiing. Dubai Marina is full of entertainment, dining choices, and leisure facilities.
With many choices that the Dubai Marina lay on the table for you to enjoy, you will find that living here for a vacation is such a breath of fresh air.
Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are parked just downstairs to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for hailing a taxi.
Many things are accessible by foot via Marina Walk (grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants, etc.)
If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a metro station or a ferry, the DMCC Metro Station is less than a 15-minute walk. This connects also connects to the tram station if you simply want to go around JBR, Knowledge Village, Media City, or Marina Mall. There are also yacht rentals around if ever you fancy to rent one.
Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

***Please note that painting of common area staircase walls is scheduled from 25th September 2022 to 25th October 2022, please avoid using staircase during that period. Please avoid touching the newly painted walls & placing any items in the common area to avoid damages to the painting.
