Positive: Amazing pool and Etna views. Amazing food and service.

Negative: Little bit difficult to find in the hire car. We got to the entrance that looked closed and drove past it. It turns out that is the main entrance and you have to press a buzzer to speak to reception and get them to open the gate remotely.
