The Villa/ House is water front, luxury accessoried and has 4 terrances (one with garden, sunbeds and corner bar at only 6 mt from the sea) with an amazing view over: the renowned and exclusive bay of Cala Caterina, over the white sandy beach and also over unforgettable sunsets that you will see every evening from the Villa. The villa has 3 double bedrooms ( one of them has a french bed, suitable even for a couple), one mezzanine with two single bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower.
The house is ideally located, very quite and peaceful.
The Villa is at only 3 minutes by car from the turistic port of Villasimius, 5 min drive from the center of Villasimius and 45 min from the Cagliari's airport.
The house allows you to escape from the stress and strains of life and to visit an idyllic part of the world.
