My apartment is located in a quiet residence, 15 minutes from Soverato, even if small 40 sqm the apartment is equipped with every comfort and a nice terrace where you can dine, the sea can be reached on foot. For me it is ideal for two people (even with children who are welcome, we would miss it!). Water, electricity, gas, air conditioning, parking included in the price.
