The above-ground pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 6 meters (20 feet) long, 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. It is an infinity pool. The area is equipped with sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery and of the sea at a distance. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of October.

The terrace is 90 square meters (970 square feet) large. You will reach it from the patio going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 14 steps. It is partly shaded by a roof. It is equipped with two sofas, as well as with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a broad view of the swimming pool and of the greenery.

The ceiling of the living room is made of wood. The furnishings are warm and welcoming, and include a sofa, two armchairs and two wood benches. There is a big fireplace made of stone, for decorative purposes only. In the living room you will also find a cooking area.
