L'alloggio
Esternamente la villa è immersa in 4500 mq di giardino con un caratteristico trullo, situato nella parte posteriore di esso ed un chiostro di 75 mq. La terrazza esterna coperta, è adatta per trascorrere serenamente anche le ore più calde della giornata in pieno relax su due splendide amache e confortevoli poltrone.
Internamente è molto luminosa, grazie alle numerose finestre vista mare che si affacciano inoltre sia sul giardino, sia sul chiostro retrostante. Gli interni sono di circa 350 mq strutturati su due livelli. La parte superiore ha una caratteristica forma a staffa di cavallo, con l’ingresso che separa la zona notte (sulla destra) dalla zona giorno (sulla sinistra). La zona notte è composta da tre camere da letto (due matrimoniali, una con due letti) e due bagni, di cui uno con doccia l’altro con vasca. La zona giorno è formata da un salone-soggiorno, con divano letto confortevole, dalla cucina abitabile e dal piccolo bagno di servizio adiacente alla stessa
