The 2-level villa has sun-soaked outdoors with an exclusive access garden that is fenced on all sides for total privacy. The garden also features a swimming pool with sun loungers to add to the overall fun and there is a lovely terrace where family meals and barbecued delicacies can be enjoyed at any time.
Inside, the lake-view villa has an induction air-conditioning and central heating system for comfy year-round stays. The modern living room has bright, breezy and open interiors ideal to unwind, featuring a large Smart TV with an L-shaped sofa, contemporary dining and a well-equipped kitchenette with a breakfast bar. At guests’ disposal is a dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine, fridge and freezer.

The holiday villa is in a peaceful residential area of Colico surrounded by a green landscape on all sides. There is a pizzeria about a 10-minute walk from here. However, for more restaurants and shops as well as for enjoying the equipped grass beach on Lake Como, it is best to visit the lakefront which is about a 30-minute walk/5-minutes drive from the rental.
Colico is dominated by Mount Legnone and is a world-class destination for its natural attractions, man-made forts and water sports. The weather and wind are best for enjoying kitesurfing, sailing and windsurfing. For outdoorsy types, mountain biking, tennis, horse riding and golfing present a wonderful opportunity to stay fit and active.
Another place of interest is Piona Abbey which is about a 15-minute drive from here. It offers one of the best panoramic views of Northern Lake Como that can be enjoyed in the peaceful atmosphere of the monastery. For visiting the Golden Triangle town like Bellagio and Menaggio, Varenna with convenient boat connections is 25-minutes by car.
