Tucked away in the green hills above Nerano and Marina del Cantone fishing village sits the authentic and elegant Villa Tre Pizzi – an airy, spacious stone-built home built over three floors with amazing sea views and multiple balconies perfect for soaking up the sun.
Located in an elevated position amongst Mediterranean gardens, the property is accessed up a number of steps to the front door. The entrance halls opens onto an enormous, beautifully tiled, airy space, that is home to the kitchen and dining areas and a large, comfortable sitting area. There is space to entertain indoors and out with two sets of wide doors opening out onto a balcony with spectacular views of the Amalfi Coastline with its rocky coast formation. There is a large indoor dining table, a choice of comfortable seating and a large TV.
The stylishly fitted kitchen area is fully equipped with oven and hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine and has plenty of space to prepare food.
A marble and tiled staircase takes you upstairs from the living area to the bedrooms. There are three double and two twin bedrooms – one of these has a fold-out bed.
All rooms are light and airy, with the back bedrooms benefitting from large doors or windows and the front bedrooms from French doors that open onto a deep balcony and overlook the sparkling Bay of Nerano.
Each bedroom enjoys a tasteful en-suite bathroom. One of the five bathrooms has a bath; the rest have showers.
The highlight of this spectacular Amalfi Coast villa is its alfresco terraces and balconies with uninterrupted ocean views. On the first floor, the terrace offers a choice of comfortable lounges for reading and sipping on an aperitif, a large, canopied dining space with barbecue, and sun chairs for basking in the Mediterranean sun. This area is the perfect spot for hosting a private dinner with a home chef.
Upstairs are cosier nooks to enjoy watching the early morning activity in the bay.
Car parking is available on the ground level, off the road and behind gates, for parking 3-4 cars.
The Local Area
The small village of Nerano is just half a kilometre away, as are the sea and the beach.
The rugged hills above Massa Lubrense offer amazing views of this unspoilt peninsula at every turn and are criss-crossed with paths and tracks through lemon and olive groves, making this fantastic walking country.
The quaint village of Sant’Agata is 7km away on the coast and offers plenty of shopping, eateries and bars, as well as interesting cathedrals and other attractions.
Sorrento is a windy 15km drive away with its narrow, cobbled streets, splendid piazzas and beautiful views over the water to Naples and Mount Vesuvius.
