Immersed in the green of Mediterranean vegetation complete with olive groves, this house is located a short distance from the towns of Itri and Sperlonga, 8 km from the white sandy beach and the characteristic historic centre, but also within reach of other notable and artistic cities such as Rome, Naples, Pompeii, Montecassino and Caserta. From the property and in particular from the swimming pool , you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and the islands of Ponza , Ventotene and Ischia .
