The French window of the living room leads directly onto the large terrace with sea view furnished with table and chairs and a charming shade sail over the dining area. Another completely independent bedroom with double bed, panoramic window and air conditioning is located outside the villa. On the terrace there is a sheltered outdoor shower with hot water, barbecue and outdoor washing machine. The sun terrace is equipped with sun loungers and umbrella, the slab of coverage, fenced and ultra-panoramic, is accessible through characteristic wooden bridge.
