The villa extends over 1,000 m² of land and is only 30 m from the white sandy beach. The eclectic lightbulb-shaped seawater pool measures 100 m². The garden is equipped with comfortable sun loungers, wicker armchairs and sofas to relax and enjoy the splendid sunsets over the sea. Maximum privacy and security are guaranteed by the services of the residential park of Portobello di Gallura (access is granted only to residents or accredited guests, and peace and privacy are ensured by the 24-hour security service).
