The villa develops over 300 sq. metres and different levels. Inside, we find a beautiful large open plan living area that open directly onto the outside, with sofa, TV and an open plan kitchen. This leads into the first floor of the villa or the lower level of the outside space.

An internal marble staircase leads to the lower floor which can also be accessed from the outside. French windows lead us out to a furnished balcony with sea views and access down to the main outdoor area. The sleeping rooms on this level are three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower.
