Located in the enchanting village of Porto Rafael, the villa LaNeula9 offers its guests an enchanting view of the islands of La Maddalena and Santo Stefano. Situated only 300mt from the beautiful beach of Baia di Nelson, the property is set in a beautiful green park with secular olive trees and granite rocks. The Piazzetta of Porto Rafael can also be reached by foot in just 5 minutes.
The design of LaNeula9 is the perfect combination of Sardinian architecture and luxurious beach house atmosphere. The grey and white tones amplify the blue and turquoise colours of the sea and the pink of the many Bougainvillea trees that surround the house and the spacious outdoor living areas.
Internally the house is on one level with only a few steps up to the sleeping areas. The large internal living area that opens onto the large front terrace, offers ample space to relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the house.
The house has 6 bedrooms, three of which are accessible directly from the living room, 2 with en-suite bathroom, double bed and sea view and one bedroom with two bunk beds. The other 3 bedrooms have independent access. One double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (which can also be used as a service room) and two bedrooms (one double and one single) with shared bathroom.
In addition, the house has a large covered outdoor dining area, where guests can enjoy a dinner with friends in perfect Porto Rafael style.
Finally, the house offers the possibility to accommodate up to 4 cars, with two separate driveways.
A swimming pool is also planned for the 2021 season.
