Positive: This place is awesome, especially at this price! It’s brand new so everything is clean. The villa is big and the bed is really comfortable, there is a bug net, a/c and fan so it’s really nice to sleep at night or during the hottest part of the day! It’s inside a private compound so it feels super safe, there’s a kitchenette with stuff to make basic meals and drinks and the bathroom is spacious and clean! It’s close to Unawatuna and Dewata beach, there’s a shortcut to the main road which makes walking around easy, the hosts/staff are really great they helped me with everything I needed and even took us kayaking and snorkelling! We ended up extending and staying for more than a week! I will for sure come back here next time I’m in Sri Lanka!

Negative: (I was a little bit skeptical because it’s so new, so no reviews but I’m so happy I chose to stay here, it’s really great!!) It is close to the train tracks, so a little bit noisy sometimes but this is not a problem at all! The trains only run during the day and it’s actually quite nice to sit in bed, look out the window and see them going past!

Summary: Clean, comfortable, easy to get around and super friendly staff!
