My father built this house in 1966 when we were really few to holiday in S. Marco di Castellabate. More than fifty years have passed. Maybe it's not like a long time but it remains our heart holiday place. Beautiful sea (blue banid in profusion for over ten years). Excellent cuisine. Countries to visit as many as you want around (Capri with the ferry, Amalfi and the Amalfi Coast Divina, Castellabate, Acciaroli, Sapri, Marina di Camerota and all the Cilento, Naples and ... how much more?). Art and culture (Paestum is enough? but much more: Ercolano, Scavi di Velia, caves of Castelcivita, etc.). Shopping.
However, at the end when we get there we do not go anywhere. Barefoot we go down to the sea. With the slippers we take a coffee or eat something close to home or right on the beach. Sometimes we flip the boat and dangle in Punta Licosa or so until sunset rebels us at home. On return, a shower and feet in the air to enjoy the sea breeze (on warm summer evenings it remains one of the coolest places in the municipality and surroundings!). Panorama. Company. Stars. Sweeping of the sea. What do you need more for a beach holiday?
Well, sometimes we go out: a walk around San Marco (after dinner at the port, an ice cream, a coffee) or we reach one of the surrounding villages (Castellabate, Ogliastro or Santa Maria, 10 minutes by car, Acciaroli 20, and so on). In the beautiful evenings, we sometimes go to Santa Maria by night beach: an experience to do at least once. Well. Our home has three real estate units. This for some time of the year is available to guests who want to book it. We are waiting for you.
