The Space:

This apartment boasts not only one dining area but two! The first one can comfortably sit up to six guests and the second one can seat four persons. This is enough space to completely enjoy your home-cooked meals, take out ones, or a simple coffee and toast in the morning. There is a spotless open kitchen with necessary appliances for cooking. The balcony has an awesome view of the city and the marina.
The bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed with comfortable mattress and fitted with hotel-quality linens and pillows. The en suite bathroom have soft towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel with a welcome pack upon arrival.
Guest Access:
Guests have a full access to the pool and gym, and parking is on request.

This is also known for the JBR Beach, Dubai Marina Mall full of luxury brands, high-end yacht cruises, and even an amazing night life. Aside from this, Dubai Marina is known for being a waterfront community that attracts a lot of people who like walking along the marina that is packed with restaurants and cafe.
The man-made marina is a home for various activities that visitors can enjoy like skydiving and jet-skiing. Dubai Marina is full of entertainment, dining choices, and leisure facilities.
With many choices that the Dubai Marina lay on the table for you to enjoy, you will find that living here for a vacation is such a breath of fresh air.
Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are parked just downstairs to take you anyawhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.
If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a metro station or a bus, there is a nearby bus stop where Bus 8 goes to Ibn Battuta Metro Station (outside Ibn Battuta Mall), Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, Burj Al Arab Hotel, Wild Wadi, and many more. Bus 84, on the other hand, goes to Jumeirah Beach Residence, Tecom, Al Barsha, and others. While Bus N55 goes to the World Centre Hotel, Dubai Country Club, International City, among many others.
The Nakheel metro station, meanwhile, is a 19-minute walk. You can ride a train and go around Dubai on your own (Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, etct.). This also connects to the tram station, which you can use to get to JBR, Knowledge Village, Media City, Palm Jumeirah, Marina Mall, and others.

all the residents are advised not to use the water heater unless absolutely necessary when the flushing is ongoing. When using your water during these times kindly run your taps for 2-3 mins before using the water.
This process will cause the water to turn brownish color as the pipes are being flushed out. Please do not be alarmed this is expected and normal and will be clear in 2-3 days.
