Our vacation home consists of 3 residential units:
The Casa Grande has 2 bedrooms, with up to 7 beds, a large bathroom with tub, shower, toilet, bidet, 2 sinks and a washing machine. In the living area is a TV with DVD player, book corner and comfortable sofas. The dining area offers space for up to 10 people at a large round table. The open kitchen is fully equipped. In addition to the gas stove with oven, it also has a wood stove. A dishwasher and a refrigerator.-Freezer combo complete the equipment. The guest toilet is located in the entrance area.
The apartment is directly connected to the Casa Grande. In addition to a double bed, there is also a pull-out sofa bed. The kitchenette is fully furnished. There is a gas hob and a fridge with freezer. The dining area comfortably seats 4 people. The bathroom has a large shower, toilet and bidet. Casa Grande and the apartment have underfloor heating.
The Casa Blue is a separate house, with 2 bedrooms and each with its own bathroom with shower and toilet. Each room has its own television. In the middle of the house is the cook and dining area. The kitchen is also fully equipped here. In addition to the fridge-freezer, there is a dishwasher and a washing machine, which makes longer stays possible without any problems. There are sleeping and dining places in the Casa Blue for up to 10 people.
Garden furniture and sun loungers offer relaxing hours in the garden and by the pool, as well as nice dinners and barbecues outdoors. You can find a floor plan of the layout in the photos. The accommodation units can be booked individually or together. With a shared garden and pool, they are located in a large area in a quiet location with beautiful rock formations. Ideal for families with children and pets. It is about 15 minutes to the beaches, about 5 minutes to the shops, to Olbia - airport or ferry - about 30 minutes by car.
Secure parking spaces for motorbikes are available.
Pets are welcome to bring along.
There are 3 in-house dogs on the premises, they are friendly, but they guard the property and keep the numerous wild boar of Sardinia away.
