The location is extremely quiet and close to nature on the edge of the forest, on the natural plot there is a garden area with lawn and barbecue. On a romantic footpath you can reach a small swimming lake ( together with ITA282, 931 - about 300 m away as the crow flies). The location of the house is ideal for relaxing, hiking, trekking and biking in the National Natural Park of Casentino. In addition, nearby you can play golf, tennis, horseback riding; worth seeing are the castles of Casentino, the impressive mountain monasteries such as La Verna, the Romanesque Pieve of San Pietro a Romena and the hermitage of Camaldoli. There is much to discover in the pleasant hill towns of Poppi and Bibbiena, not least the rewarding local cuisine! Arezzo 40 km, Florence 60km. Unpaved access 1,5 km.
