Summary: We've just left Casa Mimosa and are already planning a return. I cannot say enough good things about our stay but I have to start with Maritza who took care of us from start to finish with a level of attention that would have impressed me at a five star hotel! Not only did she keep the entire place immaculately clean but she also did our laundry and cooked several meals for us, including a birthday party for my daughter with cake and decorations! I also messaged a lot with the owner who had amazing recommendations and suggestions for what to do in Playa Flamingo. The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable, air conditioned, and well supplied, including beach towels, boogie boards, and beach chairs. The kitchen is great, there's a huge outdoor grill area, and of course there's the fabulous pool which was also kept perfectly clean and warm. In terms of location, we couldn't have been happier. It was a five minute walk to Playa Flamingo, an 8 minute drive to the supermarket, and about the same to other great areas like Playa Conchal and the Marina. We can't wait to return!
