The property is surrounded by a private garden equipped with outdoor furniture where to enjoy al fresco meals with amazing views of the sea and unforgettable sunsets. To reach the villa there is a private perfectly maintained unpaved road of 5.5 km. the nearest town is Talamone which is about 7 km from the villa.
The property develops in three levels, at the ground floor there is a large living room with fireplace and elegant sofas, dining room with large table and fully equipped kitchen with electric over, microwave, dishwasher washing machine, the floor is connected to a balcony overlooking the sea. This floor also features three double bedrooms once of which has a private bathroom; a single bedroom with bathroom; there is a third separate bathroom with shower.
On the Second floor there is a very large second living room that gives access to a magnificent terrace of 290 sqm. overlooking the Tuscan archipelago.
On the third floor there is the las double bedroom with private bathroom and one additional single bedrooms.

A 50% NON-Refundable deposit is required upon confirmation; the final balance is due within 90 days prior to arrival.
