Positive: l friendly staff

Negative: lots of queues to start with only one receptionist and she was doing a phone booking whihc we all had to listen to. parking is a tight squeeze and some cars took 2 spaces. no lift and very higgledy rooms- got lost. main areas were tired but room was good enough. Beakfast was already run out at 915 on sun am so a long wait and it came in bits not altogether but they did do a scrambled egg on request.

Summary: cheap and cheerful- worth the money
