Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Very true to its tea and experience theme. We loved everything—from the room and facilities to the spa services and food, but most especially the staff. Everyone was incredibly hospitable, attentive, and highly skilled. We thoroughly enjoyed the tea factory tour, the tea-plucking experience, and the waterfall hike. A special thanks to Lakshan, whose knowledge and passion made the experiences even more enjoyable. He shared so many interesting insights about tea and the local area, which made our stay even more meaningful. The Pinda Sweda neck and head massage was another highlight and something we truly enjoyed. We highly recommend this place. It gave us one of the most memorable travel experiences we've had, and it's definitely a place we'll always remember.
