The house is part of a small village of typical Tuscan houses located on a hill overlooking the Val d'Elsa. The swimming pool is 5 meters wide and 15 meters long, starting from a depth of one and a half meters up to two meters and thirty centimeters. The house is ideal for those who want to visit the heart of Tuscany, in fact it is not very far from Siena-Florence (8Km), a free two-lane road. Some distances to reach the places of greatest historical interest nearby: Monteriggioni (15Km), San Giminiano (20Km), Siena (25Km), Volterra (33Km), Florence (55Km). The closest location is Colle di Val d'Elsa (7km) where you can find supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, bars.
