This villa commands unique and astounding over180-degree views over the ocean and mountains of St. John and is one of the few properties that permits both sunrise and sunset views. You can spend hours enjoying the remarkable views. As you drink your morning coffee the sunrise beckons a new and glorious day on your favorite island of St. John and in the evening, the sunset view provides an astonishing backdrop to reminisce on the adventures of the day.
Upon entering the villa, you are met with light and spacious living to be enjoyed in the air-conditioned great room, the patio, or the private pool area while soaking in the sweeping views. The living and dining open up to the expansive pool terrace. A large designer sofa in the great room makes for relaxing and comfortable entertaining. The great room is complete with flat-screen smart TV, WIFI and free high-speed internet.
The fully equipped and recently remodeled kitchen also provides an open atmosphere with a view of the ocean and Fish Bay as well as easy access to the terrace and pool.

Now we have added a fully equipped, beautiful home gym with free weights, kettle bells, treadmill, elliptical machine, functional trainer, yoga mats, blocks and straps, and pilates equipment, etc. with its own full bathroom.
