The splendid Villa Angioletta consists of approximately 300 square meters and sits in an enviable location directly overlooking the sea with gardens and private access directly to the beach below. Close by a mere 100 meters from the pedestrian entrance to the cycle path which extends for many miles.
The villa is arranged on 2 floors with magnificent views from the large panoramic windows. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is also an enclosed garden. BBQ and sun loungers all around.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen with all the modern conveniences and a large living room comfortably furnished with sofas TV and a dining table. The ground floor is surrounded by an arched logia where one can sit quietly enjoying the sound of the waves or simply enjoy the shade while enjoying your meal.
