The farm is set on 6 acres with an active horse barn and training center, isolated from the house with paddocks and palm trees, its great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), groups, and furry friends (pets). The Stribling House in Little Ranches is the original Wellington, close to all shopping, markets, restaurants and the PBI airport. It has easy parking and easy access to the beach, about 20 mins right across Southern Blvd.
Polo Fields and show grounds are very near by, as well as the Wellington Green Mall.
Guests will be in a spacious house with spectacular cathedral ceilings, and an imported herringbone brick floor from Pennsylvania. Built by one of the premier area builders, Guery Stribling, as his personal country retreat. The interior of the house is white pickled, airy and bright, with an enclosed indoor fern garden and fountain and big hammock for many. Citrus groves are just outside, and if the fruit falls you are able to eat it.
There are two traditional bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen, each have their own private bath. Upstairs on the loft there are two queen beds and a pull out sofa bed; the loft sleeps six. There is a third private room with three additional beds, great for kids. The first level den also has a pull out sofa bed for two. An additional third bathroom downstairs, great as a guest bathroom or for upstairs guests to use.
Little Ranches, where the farm is located consists of many little horse farms and makes for great safe walks around the neighborhood. Two circular roads: one is 1 mile and the other 2 miles that circles the house.
Little Ranches is 15 mins from Palm Beach International Airport. Easy to rent a car or Uber: straight run on Southern Blvd to Little Ranches entrance. Keypad gated entry into property. Plenty of parking on brick paved driveway for multiple cars
Note: we have a semi-attached carriage house which is a separate rental. Entry gate and driveway is shared. Entrance is private and not shared. No indoor living space is shared. There is a fully secure locked door between two residences with no access to each other without owners keys.
