Our house has a large garden overlooking an olivegrove and the mountains. It has a large terrace and private garden with furniture . On the bottom floor there is a terrace at the front and a Livingroom with TV and DVD. a bathroom with shower, bidet and wc and washing basin. The kitchen has all that you need including Frige freezer oven washing machine and all elec. appl.
Once you have gone over the marble stairs you wil find an other complete bathroom and 2 bedrooms with a balcony each.
One with a double bed and one with 2 singles.
There is an extra folding bed for a fifth guest All rooms have airco and heating.
There are 24 houses in this complex and 2 pools in the communal garden. Plenty of parking. They are all holiday homes, and there are between 5 and 10 houses occupied at the same time
The beach is only 5 min.walk and the sea is deep blue .The beaches are not overcrowded, and very clean. The village is 7 min.walk and there are a few shops and a restaurant and a village square were the locals meet up.Soverato is a busy town 15 minutes drive away with nightlife and supermarkets.Yes Even Mc Donnalds.
But this is just if you do not like Italian food witch is not likely.
