It is located within easy access to the various theme parks, shopping, restaurants, etc. and approximately 90 minutes form some of Florida's most attractive beaches like Clearwater beach on the west coast & Daytona beach on the east coast. Home has tiles in all wet areas and Luxury Vinyl Planks (LVP) in all other areas *** NO CARPETS*** There are two bedrooms downstairs one of which is the Master Suite with private walkout to the heated pool and spa! Smart Televisions are in all rooms with large screen Televisions in the main living area. There is a large, covered lanai with a large, screened in heated pool and spa where the family can hang out and relax while enjoying a BBQ.
