Overlooking a lake, Lake Apartments offers magnificent views of the communal lake itself and the stunning community. There are many BnBs in the community and it proudly boasts many bustling piazzas where residents can congregate for different activities.
With mostly pedestrian pathways, Lake Apartments are quite eco-friendly and noise & pollution-free. Other areas located nearby are Jebel Ali Industrial Area and Dubai Investments Park.
Whilst several supermarkets cater to the day-to-day needs of the tenants, there are also a few great educational institutes in the community. The Neighborhood, Al Hakawati Café, Little Bangkok, Chili’s, Oregano, Cucina Italian and Arabian Grill Restaurant are some of the most well-liked eateries. Mr. Toad’s Pub & Kitchen, Freddy’s Resto Café and again the Neighborhood – which is an eatery as well as a bar- are the community’s go-to waterholes.
Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your ride. Uber and Careem are options for booking a taxi if you want to easily travel around Dubai. The Dubai metro system can get you from one end to another of the Emirate. Restaurants and cafes are accessible on foot.
The fastest and easiest way from DXB airport is by taxi (100 minutes).
If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!
