Travel Purpose: business

Positive: This time, I was allocated a room in the main building (not the tower). This part of the hotel has been renovated and the room was really comfortable, clean and well-designed. As usual, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The buffet excellent with a wide choice, and the lobby bar a welcoming place for apero time. The free shuttle took me to the airport promptly. As often, there were groups of tourists and a sports team staying. These caused no problem at all.

Negative: I have learned not to rely on the hotel shuttle when arriving. Much quicker to take a taxi (or even if you're lucky, a free ride courtesy of Booking.com). Shuttle is fine for departing.

Summary: Always a pleasure to stay at the Sonesta
