Positive: The property was in an excellent location and the room was pristine. We loved the hot tub! And while I can’t remember her name (I’m so sorry), the staff member at the front desk was so incredibly helpful and kind. We were uncertain of where to park and called twice on our drive to there…she was patient and offered assistance. We also spoke with her for about 10-15 minutes one morning on our way out to explore and she was just lovely. I highly recommend this location.

Negative: The hot tub wasn’t warm the first night so we couldn’t take full advantage, but someone came to check on it right away when we called. It was fine by day 2 and we were grateful at the staff attentiveness.

Summary: Everyone was so welcoming and friendly and the location couldn’t have been better.
