This two-story, end unit villa with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths offers the height of vacation comfort and luxury, with one of the shortest walks to the beach. This is one of the only units you will find where EVERY bedroom has its own private full bath for the utmost in comfort, privacy and convenience.
Additionally, this villa has recently undergone a renovation and features gorgeous granite counters in the kitchen and baths, beautiful 12 inch ceramic tile in all four bathrooms, and custom paint throughout the villa.
With two spacious levels, everyone has space and privacy. The master suite is located on the first floor, along with a large great room (which has scenic lagoon views, a cozy fireplace, sofabed, and entertainment center with TV/DVD). Also on the first floor is a roomy kitchen, two separate dining areas, 1/2 bath and screened-in porch (with a third dining area).
With all of this living space, everyone has a place to relax. The first floor master suite has a king bed, dressing area with double sinks, separate room with tub/shower, and sliding doors providing private access to your own screened in porch backing to stunning lagoon (see photo). On the second story you will find the second (queen) bedroom with full bath, and third (twin beds) bedroom also with its own full bath. Other amenities include a separate laundry room with full size washer/dryer.
The outdoor amenities are outstanding as well. The TWO OUTDOOR POOLS (one heated) and TWO FREE TENNIS COURTS are JUST STEPS FROM YOUR FRONT DOOR, along with a children's playground, outdoor grills, picnic areas, outdoor bench swings and full access to Shipyard Plantation amenities (miles of paved bike paths which you can enjoy with easy delivered bike rentals, and new oceanfront beach club). Your private screened-in porch is located directly on a large, peaceful lagoon, and is the perfect place to watch the gorgeous South Carolina sunsets.
This villa is located in Brigantine Quarters - ONE OF THE SHORTEST WALKS TO THE BEACH in all of Shipyard Plantation. If you prefer, you can also ride your bike to the beach, or drive and park free of charge at the convenient Shipyard boardwalk, which provides easy and close beach access, and is located right next to the new beach club (with lockers and snack bar).
