Positive: The location is incredible, nestled right under the chateau, with the pool terrace looking out over the river. The pool is clean and very well sized. The rooms with air conditioning were very comfortable, and the area around the property is quiet, peaceful, and feels very safe. Good WiFi also.

Negative: The breakfast was disappointing— on more than one day there was only a small amount of stale bread, with a bit of cheese and meat, and conserves. But all of these things needed bread and there was not much to eat. Also, there was not quite enough toilet paper in the rooms and no restock/clear way to have assistance. Another issue was the showers — just a shower head attached to a bath without an easy way to wash hair etc.
