Positive: Great communication with the host! Spacious apartment located 15min walk from the Caserta Royal Palace and Old Town. Parking space was provided for 15 euro fee. Our host waited for us in front of the B&B to help us locate the parking lot (just next to the B&B). The room was clean and had 4 beds. The bathroom was spacious. Our room was located on the first floor, no elevator. The view is to the courtyard. Neighbors were friendly, too. Caserta Old Town is very nice, but the palace is a must-see. Recommended.

Summary: Very clean and spacious in beautiful building.
