Positive: It was quite a distance from Merzouga, which is a good thing. If you want to feel “out in the desert” this is a great choice.

Negative: It might have been helpful to have a little more information about various aspects of the setup in advance. For example, the 4x4 transfer, dinner and a sunset camel ride were all extras that weren’t included in the Booking.com rate. However, we could only settle up with cash rather than a card. We didn’t have enough on hand, so the 4x4 driver had to wait while we went to the bank the the next day for cash. It wasn’t a huge deal, but putting that sort of detail in an FAQ section would have been nice.
