Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The views of the lake and mountains were spectacular. The decor in the property was very pleasing as were the bathroom facilities. The upper floor bedroom and balcony were excellent. The location had very convenient access to a range of good restaurants with very efficient service and there is almost immediate access to the pleasant lake shore line.

Negative: Parking access was very restrictive and especially difficult for an early departure. The upper staircase was hazardous for both the elderly and children and requires to be fitted with hand rails on both sides as a matter of urgency (perhaps it is an unfinished task) There was a lack of places to hang clothes in first floor bedroom. An extra set of keys would be desirable as would an iron and a more modern toaster.

Summary: We have very good memories of our stay and everyone was very pleasant and helpful.
