Summary: Staff were excellent and location was fantastic.
Pipework in bathroom slightly noisy and needs seeing to.
Suggest bigger sign on downstairs security door asking guests to close gently as regularly slammed during the night.
Bar fridge kept nothing cold and was small but staff provided ice which was much appreciated.

Summary: had a lovely 3 night stay, room was spacious, clean and cool . Staff were truly fantastic in their friendliness and helped loads with information on how to get about. i cannot think of better staff at any hotel that we have stayed with.

Summary: It was loud and unfortunately the bar next to the hotel didn’t reduced the music till 3-4 am in the morning. I could hear it through closed windows. The receptionist was very kind and tried everything to reach out to the bar or even police so that they reduce their music.
So for people with light sleep I recommend either earplugs or a room away from the street side where the bar is located.
