Positive: I’m absolutely delighted with my stay here and want to give a special shout-out to Ali and Abdo for making it so wonderful. Before arriving at Qasr El Salam, I had stayed at two other hotels, but here I finally found everything I was looking for in my vacation. Abdo surprised me with a beautiful fruit bouquet, and Ali not only gave me the best room view but also organized my trips perfectly, which was truly satisfying. The atmosphere here is so relaxing and peaceful, it genuinely feels like home. Every member of the staff has been incredibly warm and welcoming, and I’m deeply grateful to all of them for making my stay so memorable. I also really appreciated their kindness in offering me a late check-out.
