Located on the Sorrento peninsula, Villa Bionda is a lovely villa with a private swimming pool, large terraces, and a sea view. Villa Bionda (600 sqm) develops over two levels. The road leading to the villa is narrow (not suitable for large 4X4’s, campervans or caravans) and there are 17 steps up to the villa from the parking area.
On the ground floor you will find a large living room (with sofas, armchairs, desk, TV, and dining table for 10), a dining room (with table seating 20 people) and a well-equipped kitchen (with fridge freezer, oven, gas hob: 6 burners, microwave, fryer, Moka coffee pot, Americano coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, and other small appliances). On this level, you will also find a laundry area (with washing machine, iron/ironing board) and one bathroom (with shower, washbasin, bidet, toilet, hairdryer).
An internal staircase (14 steps) leads to the first floor, where you will find six bedrooms and three bathrooms:
- The first bedroom is a double bedroom (with double bed, TV, air conditioning) with ensuite bathroom (with tub, shower cubicle, double sink, bidet, toilet, hairdryer). The bedroom is accessed from the corridor;
- The second bedroom is a double bedroom (with double bed, TV, air conditioning). The bedroom is accessed from the corridor;

Outside, there are two large terraces. From the fifth and sixth bedrooms, you can access the second terrace, which has tables and chairs and wonderful views of the sea and the islands.
A staircase (16 steps) leads from the first terrace to pool area where you will find a private swimming pool (90 sqm; depth 1.7m – 2.2m; open from 20 April to 31 October), table, chairs, sun loungers and an outdoor shower.
