It is a prestigious 19th century villa of a noble Umbrian family, magnificently frescoed and furnished with original antique furniture, surrounded by a private garden of over 3000 square meters with centuries-old trees and over 20 varieties of plants and flowers. The Villa has an internal surface area of over 600 square meters spread over two floors, connected by a large marble staircase. On the ground floor, a large atrium welcomes guests, a corridor leads to the study area, to the large fully equipped kitchen with a large stone fireplace and a large marble table that can accommodate up to 8 people. The kitchen leads to the living room full of frescoes dating back to the 19th century, with a TV available to guests.
From the main entrance, a large marble staircase leads to the upper floor. A corridor leads to the 4 large bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and private bathroom; on the floor there is also a second frescoed living room with balcony.
