Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Amazing location perched up above Montecatini Alto and Terme. Church bells, wildlife, peaceful neighborhood, excellent food choices a short drive away! The villa had everything we needed. Our host family took great care of us. If there was anything we needed, they provided immediately. After 4 weeks with them, we became family. We miss them already.

Negative: We loved everything about the property and what they didn’t have, we easily accommodated. The kitchen could use an oven but has an excellent stove so we were able to make wonderful meals anyway. It also didn’t have an automatic dishwasher but my husband and I washed and dried everything so easily. A dishwasher wasn’t really necessary. We stayed a while so we washed our clothes often. The washing machine did a fantastic job keeping us smelling clean and drying our clothes on a drying rack turned out quite efficient. The sunshine and the soft breeze dried our clothes in just a few hours.

Summary: We loved the villa and our host family and cannot wait to be back to stay with them again.
