The Petricci Residence is a beautiful estate surrounded by green hills and oak forests overlooking the Tiber valley. It is situated along the border between Tuscany and Umbria, midway between Città di Castello and Umbertide.
The estate consists of a main villa divided into four apartments and two separate cottages. Within the grounds there is a beautiful garden with a swimming pool (shared by all guests).

On the second floor, you will find one double bedroom (with double four-poster bed) with ensuite bathroom (with bath and basin) and a private terrace with wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. Outside, doors from the living area lead you to an external staircase, which takes you down to a private seating area.
