Summary: We arrived later than expected due to the delay of our flight, but we managed get in quite quickly with Giacomo's help. He was very helpful in taking time to provide us detailed info about the place, the area and the room was as described on the website. Room is located in a really safe and convenient part of the Naples city center. We enjoyed taking the classic building elevator (it used to run on coins, believe it or not) and room was clean and very comfortable. Room is spacious and on top floor with great street view. If we do return to Naples one day we will not hesitate to return to this place again.
