Rooms have Hypnos' top model pocket-sprung mattress as used in 5 Star hotel chains, oak beds and free Wi-Fi; parking is free out front, on side roads, at a charge in gated car park. Positive: We had room only Staff were very helpful and Hotel was everything we needed Free car parking was a bonus Excellent for Heathrow Airport. I would definitely use again

Negative: Room was a little warm but fan provided was a help and it didn't spoil the stay.
