Summary: This was a beautiful hotel to spend a night and catch up with a friend. I am sorry I didn’t have time to explore the grounds and surrounding countryside. Everything was clean and the staff were efficient and friendly. Our only negative was that the night clashed with a huge wedding party and we were asked to move from the terrace which was the only warm place to sit outside on a beautiful Summer evening. This was the night before not the day of the wedding! None of the wedding guests were using the terrace either which was the upsetting thing.
