Stand-alone home located a short walk to the brand new Karrinyup Shopping Centre.
With a private front entrance, the owner will greet you on arrival and do a walk through and key exchange.
Enter through the large front door and instantly feel relaxed by the space, and size of what this home offers.
In the front section of the home, you will find your own comfortable guest bedroom with a queen bed and TV. This bedroom has access to its own bathroom with a large walk in shower.
Separate downstairs Powder Room with sink/vanity & mirror.
